    Financial Support

I believe that healthcare should be accessible and affordable for all, and offer financially supported positions with no questions asked - a “financial choose your own adventure” if you will. You can find it here.

  • There are a few different ways to get a Medicare Rebate, the most common pathways are for the Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDTP) or the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP).

These can be obtained from your GP and provide a rebate of $61.80 (FY: 25-26). This gets paid into your bank account after you’ve paid out of pocket. If paying out of pocket is an issue, no worries - we can navigate it together.

Here is some more information about the financially supported positions that I offer too.

  • First of all, find yourself a GP who will listen and make you feel supported. I can always help to provide recommendations, but you will know if they’re great if you leave a session and feel like a weight has been taken off, rather than feeling more dread and overwhelm.

For more information about an Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDTP) click here to see this Eating Disorders Victoria article.

For more information about a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) click here.

  • Absolutely! I am disabled myself so I love being able to help where I can. Let’s meet and you can tell me about your NDIS Plan and what you’re looking for.

In our first two sessions together we will discuss the kind of frequency and outcomes of sessions together.

There is a capacity for home visits, although telehealth is the common option.

  • If you’re overwhelmed lets meetup and we can talk through any of your concerns with a free, no obligation 15 minute chat. I’m always happy to point you in the right direction even if that’s not me. Your support is most important.

What Makes Me Different

Connection, authenticity and autonomy are the values I hold closest in my clinical practice. You can expect a session that feels like a conversation with a friend, and not a lecture from someone in a position of authority (we hate power imbalance). You can guarantee I’ll always show up authentically as myself in all my energy (sometimes chaos), creativity and optimism.

Person Centred Approach

Your body. Your rules. You get to choose when to eat, what to eat, how you eat and if you eat, always. I’m here to help you reconnect to your body and to help you navigate how to understand your body’s needs (not to force you to eat vegetables).

Evidence-Based*

I will always do my best to provide informed consent on the best evidence to give you an abundance of options (more options, not less).

*but most importantly, we will navigate who that evidence is for, and who it further marginalises and how we get to break down the walls and navigate what’s best for you, together.

Social Justice First

Eating disorders and disconnection from our body is NEVER our fault. Our disconnected relationship to our bodies are a necessary tool of survival when we have existed in spaces that have harmed, excluded, marginalised or not supported us. The systems, power and contexts that we eat within are always an important part of our food relationship.

Immeasurable Success

The most important things in life are not able to be measured. Health is messy, and it’s not guaranteed. It’s also not a measure or a destination that we get to. I’m here to dismantle diet culture and help you create a sustainable relationship to food, not a 10-step program with so-called results.
